- To be present at the weighing of your shipment
- To file a claim for loss or damage within 9 months of delivery
- To dispute charges through the arbitration process
- To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your shipment
- Be available during pickup and delivery windows
- Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
- Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with Bobby b's moving service
- File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage
Filing a Claim
To file a claim for loss or damage with Bobby b's moving service, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number to radster0325@gmail.com or call 4133905684. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Bobby b's moving service will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
